All proceeds benefit the Employee Wellbeing Fund at Franciscan Health Foundation. During the Covid-19 pandemic, thousands of health workers put their own health and safety at risk so they could heal and comfort others. Most health care workers, at some point during their career, report feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, along with feeling physically and mentally exhausted. Our Employee Wellbeing Fund will provide education and resources for improving mental health and avoiding burnout.
