Volunteer group sorting through donated clothesCommunity Health & Wellness

Supporting our most vulnerable communities, this fund promotes social justice through educational programs, improves health equity with interventions such as food access and health screenings, and strengthens families and communities.

Food Insecurity

No family, regardless of their circumstances, should be without access to healthy and nutritious food. For those in need, our food insecurity program ensures healthy food is available in a comfortable, clean and customer-friendly environment in our Fresh Start Market, as well as mobile markets and produce prescription plans.

Senior Health & Wellness/PACE

Our program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a community-based healthcare program created for people aged 55+ who are eligible for nursing home-level care but prefer to receive treatment in their familiar surroundings. With your help, PACE will work with individuals to live as independently as possible, as well as provide friendship, comfort and unique activities.

Saint Francis Center

Behavioral issues stemming from a wide range of causes can be particularly devastating to adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18. There is a growing need for residential programs targeted to this vulnerable age group. Your gift to this Dyer, Indiana-based center supports a residential treatment program with a highly structured and controlled environment.

Volunteer Advocates for Seniors & Incapacitated Adults (VASIA)

Senior citizens or incapacitated adults without the support of nearby family, need an advocate to make sure they have access to the care they need. Volunteer Advocates for Seniors and Incapacitated Adults (VASIA) program in Northern Indiana trains volunteers to become temporary legal guardians for patients in these special circumstances who have no support structure of family or friends to speak for them.

Give to the Foundation closest to you to support these and many other vital programs.
